This vigorous compact mounding form of the Monterey Manzanita reaches 4' high by about 8' across. Bright green leaves, with winter flowers of pale pink, make for an attractive shrub year round. 'Wayside' is among the more drought and heat tolerant of the lower growing manzanitas, good for bank and slope planting.
