This low evergreen shrub has a dense habit, stiff branches, and leathery leaves. It is covered with clusters of small, pure white flowers in spring. Excellent for a tough, rocky slope where not many other things will grow. Chamise, Sagebrush, Penstemon, and Mokeyflower are all good companions for this shrub.
