California's most famous tree. Specimens of Coast Redwood are the tallest trees on earth. The Coast Redwood never grows far from the sea and its summer fog, so it will need regular water planted away from the coast. Plant in sun to half-shade. Very fast growing, usually 2 to 3 feet per year.
