Our Meadow:

A shot of our wildflower meadow. The clarkia are finally blooming, with the promise of even more beauty to come. California poppies mix with the pinks of the clarkia, creating quite a sight.

Trichostema lanatum:

A large Woolly Blue Curls (Trichostema lanatum) shrub hides off to the back side of the garden, proving that a thorough wander allows for many new discoveries.

Datura wrightii:

Known as Jimson Weed, Datura wrightii is a seasonally dormant plant that has been blooming for a few weeks, its dramatic and large flowers catching your attention as you wander down the path.

Sidalcea and Arctostaphylos:

Looking for groundcovers to compliment your new lawnless garden? Don't forget to read our article and stop by to wander our Demonstration Garden. Here we see some Arctostaphylos uva-ursi 'Green Supreme' mingling with a Sidalcea malvaeflora 'Palustre'.
