A shot of our wildflower meadow. Baby-blue-eyes are just starting to bloom in front; 4 varieties of clarkia fill the rest of the meadow and are not yet in bloom.
Sticks with ribbons and tape discourage birds from eating our seedlings.
Trillium Patch
Trilliums are putting on an irresistable show right now... (Trillium chlorapetalum) Disclaimer: we do not have any Trilliums for sale! Propagating these beauties is (unfortunately) an excruciatingly slow task, sometimes taking 4-7 years to grow a single plant; and with such a slow growth rate, digging these bulbs from the wild is totally out of the question. Wish we could say otherwise...
Mutant Houndstongue
The houndstongue are in bloom. We were shocked when this pure white houndstongue showed up unexpectedly! (We also do not have any of these for sale... you are looking at the only white houndstongue we've ever seen.)
