Description

A creeping form of our local greasewood, this plant was collected on Santa Cruz Island where it grows on wind whipped hills in thin rocky soil. This 2' by 4' shrub blooms in May to June with 5" clusters of tiny white flowers on its branch tips. Greasewood prefers good drainage and full sun, and requires little or no supplemental water after it is established.
