Linanthus grandiflorus - Mountain Phlox

Description

This summer annual lives in open woods and sun below 3,500 feet. Its lilac, pink and white flowers bloom from April through July. Blooms are long lasting and fragrant. Can be used in a meadow setting with other wild flowers and grasses. They can take little water but will look better in the garden with occasional watering.
